To enhance the security of account creation & login, we have implemented Two-Factor Authentication. When you create a new account, an additional step is included to make sure it is really you using your email address. This extra layer of verification helps ensure that only you can access your account, adding an additional safeguard to the authentication process.
Here's how it works:
- When registering account or signing-in you may be prompted for additional verification. You will be presented the "2-Step Verification" view.
- Check your mailbox for an email with 6-digit code that has been sent to your email provided in the registration. We recommend copying the code to avoid mistakes.
- Enter this code into the "2-Step Verification" window and click on the "Submit" button.
In case you cannot locate the verification email in your inbox, you can click on "Resend Code," and another email will be sent to you. The same code will be resent if it's still valid. Each verification code remains valid for 15 minutes, if this time expires and you need a code to log in, a new code will be generated and dispatched. - Both the ‘Submit’ and ‘Resend’ action can be retried a few times, after which it will be temporarily blocked for a few minutes. You will be informed of the necessary time to wait with the following message:
- Upon entering a valid code you will successfully log in.
