Where is my deposit?

Some auctions require a refundable deposit in order to complete registration. Once payment has been made, it is held by the auctioneer until the end of the sale. 

Once the auction has closed and been reconciled, if you are unsuccessful the auctioneer will release your deposit. This can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account once released. 

If you have won a lot, the auctioneer may give you the option to use your deposit as part payment, or they will hold the deposit until full payment has been completed.
