You can log into ‘My Bidder' (in the header above) and check ‘My Past Bids’ once the auction has finished to see if you’ve won. However, the auctioneer’s records are the definitive results, and they make the final decision on who has won an item (our records are only provisional).
The auctioneer will get in touch with you directly to confirm that you’ve won - they’ll contact you by email or phone, and then send you an invoice to inform you of your winning items and to arrange payment.
The time it takes to process the final results of the auction may vary depending on the auctioneer. We usually advise a waiting time of up to 3 days before you receive your invoice. If you have not heard from the auctioneer after that time, you can contact our Customer Services team using ‘Submit a request’ at the top right of the page’
